The perfect way to keep cool and play. Plus, we have a brand new dog washing station coming soon. Please ask your property manager about fees and any breed restrictions. Pet Policy: All dogs of sizes even exceeding 99 lbs. are welcome, but we do have some breed restrictions. No exotic pets allowed. Allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Require a $300 pet fee (non-refundable) and a $200 pet deposit. Also, there is monthly pet rent of $10 per a pet.
